About this space

Lake House Loft is a raw warehouse space in Ioannina for productions, pop-up launches, and larger private events. The floor plate fits 100 guests with room for staging, a bar, and a separate load-in door for trucks. A working kitchen is on site, the building is climate controlled, guest parking is available on the lot, and the ceiling height allows basic rigging. The host stays reachable by phone and otherwise leaves the room to you.
